Reuters has produced an eye catching and clever explanation of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Food Recovery Hierarchy and how we can use it to reduce our food waste and greenhouse gas emissions by keeping food out of landfills. Americans waste a lot of food, one-third of what we grow, and don’t give much thought to its impact.
