Spring is right around the corner, and it will soon be time to take care of your yard. MassSave wants you to replace your old gas powered lawn mover, leaf blower, string trimmer, and chainsaw with newer models that run on battery power.
Battery-powered motors are more energy efficient, reduce carbon emissions, and typically require less maintenance than gas-powered equipment. Electric lawn equipment products are quieter and are easier to maneuver than similar gas models—and much cleaner for your home and the environment.
They are offering $30 to $75 rebates on each item as follows:
- battery powered lawn mower $75
- battery powered leaf blower $30
- battery powered string trimmer $30
- battery powered chainsaw $30
The rebates can be filled out online, and you can combine these items to get multiple rebates. Rebates are good through December 31, 2024. To learn more about the rebates and to file a rebate, go to the Mass Save website.
