April 22 from 9am-12pm. Meet at the Hammond Pond kiosk across from the Tesla charging station at The Street Chestnut Hill shopping center.
Join the Newton Conservators and The Street Chestnut Hill to clean up around Hammond Pond and the trails within the reservation. Volunteers will be removing trash and recycling from some of the areas surrounding the reservation including the trails, accessible parts of the pond edge, and the abutting parking lot. Bags and gloves will be provided. We will also have a limited number of pickers available for use. Together, we can keep this reservation clean
and enjoyable for everyone!
