The City now offers two styles of compost bins, plus kitchen scrap collection buckets. Bins can be purchased online or at City Hall. Payments can be made by check, cash, debit or credit card at City Hall.  Once purchased, you may pick up your item at the Resource Recovery Center. You can bring either a printed receipt or payment confirmation shown from your mobile device.
