At the Sustainable Street Tour, you will:
Talk with homeowners
What’s a geothermal heat pump? What’s it like to heat a home with an air source heat pump? How much does it cost to install an EV charger? Do solar panels need maintenance? Come and talk with Newton residents who have experience with what you care about!
See what it looks like
Take a look at a heat pump installation in a home, see where EV chargers are located, and the equipment you need to make space for inside the home.
Ask the Experts
There will be expert volunteers on hand to answer questions about the increased incentives in 2024 for adding heat pumps, EVs, solar panels, etc. to your life, and to guide you in finding a qualified installer.
