I held onto a carry on suitcase for several years after the front pocket zipper broke because it was functional and because it had cost quite a bit. So much for investing in higher quality! Passing Leather World one day with its array of suitcases the window, I decided to ask if they repaired them. Very glad I asked–they saved my $300 plus purchase with a repair that cost a fraction. The following year, I took in another suitcase that was missing a wheel after some rough handling at the airport. Also repaired! Next to get taken in is a bag that is missing the handle. Highly recommended. (Submitted by Sunwoo Kahng)
