Come join the Fix the Grid Rally on Wednesday, March 16 at 4:30pm on the Boston Common (across from Statehouse at the corner of Beacon and Park Sts. in Boston) to tell Governor Baker and ISO-New England that they need to speed up the pace of transition to renewable energy and away from fossil fuels.

ISO-New England, our regional grid operator in the Northeast, is making the transition to renewable energy very difficult through the rules and policies they are setting or maintaining. Governor Baker and his administration have stayed silent on speeding the transition. It’s time to hold all these stakeholders accountable.

Eastie substation, the Peabody peaker, the Weymouth compressor station, the Springfield pipeline, the Bow coal plant, or the Killingly power plant–all of these harmful projects were built, proposed, or encouraged as a result of the way ISO-New England runs our energy grid. Join us to move toward a grid of the future.
