Affordable housing builder and advocate Jason Korb will explain the costs, considerations, and risks involved in this kind of development and offer suggestions for how Newton could become more welcoming to 100% affordable housing.
A Newton native and resident, Jason Korb is a Director of CHAPA and a Newton Affordable Housing Trust Trustee. He has been building 100% affordable housing for almost 20 years, including projects in Bridgewater, Brockton, Cambridge, Easton, Haverhill, Sharon, Somerville, Springfield, and Templeton.
