Bike Newton invites you to a short but very informative group ride to the Sustainable Street Tour in Waban.
The ride will start at 1pm from the Newton Free Library and head to the house tour in Waban. After a meeting at the Green Newton table on Montclair Road, we will cycle from house to house (see Map here), pausing to chat with homeowners and volunteer experts.
Bike Newton will have a table set up as well on Montclair Road, and riders are invited to stay and help staff the Bike Newton table for a bit. For riders who would like to get back to the library sooner, we’ll have a group of riders heading back between 2 and 2:30.
Green Newton requests that those visiting the Sustainable Street Tour RSVP in advance so you can receive event updates and any changes due to weather. However an RSVP is not required to participate.
