Harvard Magazine recently profiled the world’s first Victorian passive house in Cambridge, MA. The century old home underwent extensive renovations to bring the home to near net zero energy usage while paying homage to the home’s rich architectural details. With so many existing older homes in the Boston area, this project may provide an example and inspiration for future high efficiency renovations in the area. Link to the article below.
