We are expecting a good number of students at next week’s meeting, and we look forward to hearing about one hope, concern, or green initiative from each new student that wishes to share. Then, we plan to spend the rest of our time in working groups.

Green Newton School Connections (GNSC) is a collaborative group of students, families, educators and community members who aim to build a just, healthy, sustainable and climate-resilient community. School Connections aspires to help our schools educate students and empower them to be climate advocates and sustainability leaders. The group meets every month on the second Thursday from 4:30-5:30pm.
