Green Newton

Green Newton is starting a Newton on Tap campaign to encourage the use of reusable water bottles and tap water. (Did you know Newton has great tap water?) To help residents locate water stations where they can fill their bottles, we have started a “Tap Map” for Newton.

We would like your help in locating additional working sources of drinking water:

• If you know of sources in good working order not on the map, please send in a photo of the water station with the address/GPS location, description of the location.
• If you are a business owner and would like to offer your business as a location where members of the public can fill their bottles, please send in your business name and a photo of your storefront.
• If you know a business, consider asking the owner if they might participate.
