Join Mackenzie Rawls, Brooklyn-based yoga instructor and dancer for an evening of movement and meditation designed to help us slow down, soften, and recharge. In this all-levels, yin-based class, we’ll focus on tending to our bodies, opening our hips and hearts, and releasing what no longer serves us while holding space for what does. Once you RSVP, you will receive a ZOOM link to this event.
Through gentle movement and an extended meditation, we’ll acknowledge the warriors for climate and social justice inside us. Bring a mat or towel, water or tea, and yoga blocks if you have them. Come as you are, and leave feeling restored.
