You may qualify for:

  • 75%-100% off the cost of approved insulation improvements to help maintain a comfortable temperature in your home
    • For a limited time, landlords may receive an instant incentive of 100% off insulation upgrades for your rental property for a limited time, plus up to $7,000 to address barriers to insulation.**
  • Up to $25,000 in rebates for efficient heating, cooling and water heating equipment upgrades
    • Customers who meet household income guidelines may be eligible for up to 100% off insulation, plus additional offers, through the Income Eligible and Enhanced Residential programs.
  • 0% HEAT Loan financing for certain eligible upgrades

For example, a household of 4 making around $116,000 qualifies for 100% off insulation, no-cost air sealing, up to $7,000 to address things like knob and tube wiring, and $16,000 for a new air source heat pump. Customers on the discount rate qualify for even more.
