Fall Sustainability Series: Clean Energy in Your Home
September 11 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Event Navigation
Do you want to reduce your energy use? Would you like to take advantage of rebates and tax credits to decrease the cost of installing insulation and energy-saving heat pumps? Is your current heating and cooling system nearing the end of its life? Are you considering renovations or additions?
Whether you’re new to home improvements to reduce your energy use or well on your way to electrifying your home, join us for the first session of the Fall Sustainability Series, co-sponsored by Green Newton and Newton Free Library. You’ll hear from representatives of HomeWorks and Elephant Energy on steps you can take to reduce harmful emissions that cause climate change, and you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions – about both basic first steps and more detailed technical information.
Stay tuned for more Fall Sustainability Series programs coming up this September through December on the second Wednesday of the month.
