Does warmer weather make you excited to get biking again? Join author David Sobel for a presentation on his new book Best Bike Rides in New England. He’ll talk about three of his favorite rides, the variables he uses when designing a ride, how to design rides using online tools like Map My Ride or Strava, and the importance of incorporating bike riding 3-5 times a week into your personal wellness regime.

David Sobel is Professor Emeritus in the Education Department at Antioch University New England in Keene, NH. His most recent books are Wild Play: Parenting Adventures in the Great Outdoors, The Sky Above and the Mud Below: Lessons from Nature Preschools and Forest Kindergarten, and Best Bike Rides in New England, which focuses on backroads biking.
