Green Decade Newton is especially grateful to every single one of our fantastic volunteers, who have helped to make all of our events, programs and projects a success in 2014!
We wish to include an extra special message of appreciation to our Chair of FUN Raising, Margaret Ford. Visitors to our Farmer Market booth are often introduced by Margaret to the coolest nature activities at the market. Margaret also puts her all into serving as Adviser to our Students for a Greener World, in addition to providing other student activities that spark ideas for environmental solutions in our community. We thank Margaret from the bottom of our hearts for all she does to make the work we do all the more enjoyable.
Don Ward is another key volunteer, who works behind the scenes by managing Green Decade Newton’s database. We are eternally grateful to him for the outstanding job he does to keep track of our membership and help with all of our mailings. We thank Don for the thoughtful commitment that he has made to volunteer as Database Manager for our group for the past 4 years.
