Bike Newton Ride to the Sustainable Street Tour

Bike Newton invites you to a fairly short but very informative group ride to the Sustainable Street Tour in Waban.  The Sustainable Street Tour City of Newton and Green Newton’s Sustainable Street Tour,
The ride will start the ride on Sunday, June 2nd at 1:00pm, leaving from the Newton Free Library on Homer St. in Newton Center.  You’ll bike to the start of the house tour in Waban, meeting at the Green Newton table on Montclair Rd., then cycle from house to house (see Map here), talk to owners of the houses, and volunteer experts who will be there.
Bike Newton will have a table set up as well on Montclair Rd. and riders are invited to stay and help staff the BN table for a bit!  The full event runs from 1pm to 4pm.  For those riders who would like to get back to the library sooner, we’ll have a group of riders heading back between 2 and 2:30.

Green Newton requests that those visiting the Sustainable Street Tour RSVP, so you can receive event updates and any changes due to weather.  However RSVP is not a requirement to participate!
