Millions of people who care about the environment and climate change don’t vote. Getting these voters to the polls for the November 8 midterm election will have a huge impact on how the nation addresses climate change. Environmental Voter Project (EVP) is a Massachusetts-based national nonprofit that identifies non-voting environmentalists and converts them into a critical mass of consistent voters too big for politicians to ignore.
Your help is needed in October:
Register to help call voters in Georgia, or register to help call voters in North Carolina (two states in our time zone where there are many non-voting environmentalists). You may volunteer for as little as one shift which includes a 20-minute training and one hour of calling to promote voting.
