BCLW Consulting is hiring a paid summer field team to support a municipal Recycling IQ Kit Campaign in the city of Newton. This is active, outdoor work focused on improving recycling quality, educating residents, and collecting real municipal data.
Positions Available:
- Summer Supervisor — $30/hour (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM)
- Graduate and College students, or recent graduates
- Lead daily field operations and support team members
- Coordinate routes, data collection & analysis, and quality control
- Liaison with municipal staff and haulers
- Field Team Members — $20/hour (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM)
- College & High School students
- Cart inspections, tagging, and resident feedback
- Data collection using mobile tools
The team includes 3 Field Staff + 1 Supervisor.
Schedule:
- June 15–August 1, 2026
- July 3 Holiday off or week of June 29 – July 3
- Weekday mornings only
- Leaves afternoons free for a second job or leisure
time
