Green Newton’s Saving Energy Team (SET) includes local high school students with a goal to schedule 120 No Cost Mass Save Home Assessments by September 2026. This state program provides experts to identify opportunities for insulation and air sealing in homes and it connects homeowners to rebates covering 75–100% of approved improvements. It’s the easiest—and most affordable–way to make your home energy efficient and climate friendly. You are eligible for an assessment if you have not had one in the past two years.
Every homeowner that schedules a Mass Save assessment by September 2026 with Green Newton’s student team will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of six $50 raffle prizes to Johnny’s Luncheonette or Cabot’s Ice Cream.
