Lisa Kumpf, River Restoration Director
Lisa oversees CRWA’s river restoration work, including dam removal, stream restoration, and invasive plant management. In her role, she provides technical and strategic expertise to ensure the construction and maintenance of restoration projects. She works with municipal, state, and federal partners and identifies funding sources to move projects forward. Lisa joined CRWA in 2018 as the Rita Barron Fellow and managed the River Science program for three years. She has a passion for clear, succinct data communication that supports climate adaptation efforts.
Arri Proia, Senior Community Organizer
As CRWA’s Senior Community Organizer, Arrianna works with local leaders, community groups, and environmental activists to advocate for municipal climate resilience laws and policies. Arrianna received her B.A. in Political Science from Bridgewater State University.
