Fix-It Clinics empower Newton residents to fix items for themselves, and are totally no-cost. Bring in a broken household item and a repair coach will help guide you through diagnosing and repair.

Reserve a time based on the category of the broken item such as small electronics repair, sewing and textiles, lamp repair and rewiring, computers, bicycles, musical instruments.

Many supplies for the Fix-it Clinic are made possible through MassDEP grant funds. Events are a collaboration between the Newton Recycling Committee, the Newton Free Library, and the Newton Sustainable Materials Management Division.
