The GreenEXPO is held in conjunction with the City of Newton’s Harvest Fair, and together the events draw 1200+ visitors from Newton and surrounding communities. Come see the many options available to make your life greener. Available will be representatives from sustainability focused companies, community organizations, and city departments to share information and answer questions.
It’s a great day of interesting exhibits, fun activities for the kids, and products that will help you live more sustainably. With each action, we can make an impact on climate change. Some highlights:
- Rivian and Ford Mach E electric vehicles will be on display with owners available to answer questions
- First 50 sign ups for Black Earth composting service will receive $10 certificates to Johnny’s Luncheonette
- Olin College Electric Motor Sports will showcase their electric race car
- Newton North Ligerbots will give robotics and solar oven demos

- Take a photo of your kids in the toy Tesla
