Tip of the Week: Is a Heated Laundry Drying Rack Right for You?

A cousin to the European heated towel racks, the heated laundry drying rack can be a useful tool for the laundry room. It is gentler on clothing and cheaper to run than a dryer. On damp days, it can help hand-wash items dry without the mildewy smell of clothes that have stayed wet a little too long.
But they may be best for people living in small spaces, single-person households, or those looking for a quiet, low impact way to dry a few garments at a time. If this fits you, check out the Guardian article, “Heated laundry drying racks are the British money saver you didn’t know you needed.”
