On Tuesday, May 21 at 7pm at the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Newton – FUUSN* (1326 Washington St., West Newton), Dr. Halina Brown, Chair of the Newton Citizens Commission on Energy, will talk about the recently released NCCE Citizens Climate Action Plan in her talk “What Can We Do in Newton to Tackle the Climate Crisis?”
Come join 350 Mass Newton Node to talk about advocacy and engagement as the community of Newton considers how to put ‘action’ into our climate action planning. A panel of Newton resident experts will inform the conversation:
- Jim Purdy – VP, NCCE and Board Member of Green Newton
- Bev Craig – Senior Program Manager at Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and Board Member of Green Newton
- Nick Falloff – Founder/Owner of Auburndale Builders.
