Please join the Brimmer and May School Environmental Club in person or online on Saturday, May 7 at 12pm as they host a tree planting ceremony with their partner school in São Paulo, Brazil—Colégio Santa Cruz. The ceremony will highlight the importance of trees and the environmental and social inequality surrounding trees.
The ceremony and planting will be held at 377 Walnut Street, Newtonville. Please RSVP to attend in person or on Zoom. There is a limit of 25 attendees to attend in person.
- The program is expected to last about 30 minutes.
- In-person festivities will conclude with a reception with food and drinks to celebrate.
- Each in-person attendee will receive a packet of milkweed seeds to plant at home.
