Eligible customers who purchase new electric lawnmowers, leaf blowers, string trimmers, and chain saws can apply for a rebate through Mass Save. To take advantage of the rebates, residents must save their receipt and fill out a rebate application on MassSave.com. Eligible residents will receive $75 off their battery-powered lawnmower purchase and $30 off their purchase of battery-powered leaf blowers, string trimmers, and chainsaws.

The rebates are part of a robust three-year Energy Efficiency Plan that will provide an estimated $9 billion in benefits to the Commonwealth in support of a clean energy future, including significant new program support for customers who want to transition from fossil fuel use to electrification.

These rebates are only available for residential electric customers where the Mass Save Program is offered by Cape Light Compact, Eversource, National Grid, and Unitil. For more information including rules and eligibility visit: MassSave.com | Lawn Equipment.
