Green Energy Consumers Alliance is sponsoring an informative webinar on the Clean Heat Standard (CHS). The CHS is under consideration in several states, notably Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and others. It’s designed to reduce the use of fossil fuels for building heat and hot water over time. Green Energy Consumers believes that a good Clean Heat Standard is necessary to reduce emissions in the building sector to meet climate goals established by law in both the Ocean State and Bay State. For this webinar, we will be joined by experts from the Regulatory Assistance Project, Richard Cowart, and Nancy Seidman.
