The Snow Removal Pilot Program is being extended for one more year without fines. Residents have 24 hours after a snow storm has ended to clear their sidewalks. Please let the city know if you see a sidewalk that is not shoveled by calling 311. You may call anonymously, and the city will put a reminder on the door of any home with an un-shoveled sidewalk. You should also call the city if you see a plow dumping snow on a cleared way, or anywhere else inappropriate. They will be fined! This is a serious health and safety issue for residents walking in the street, especially children walking to go to school and people with disabilities.
