Beginning November 4, there are new hours at the Book Shed at the Newton Resource Recovery Center (115 Rumford Ave., Newton).
The new hours are:
Monday: 12 pm – 2 pm
Tuesday: 10 am – 1 pm
Wednesday: 10 am – 1 pm
Thursday: 10 am – 1 pm
Friday: CLOSED
Saturday: 10 am – 1 pm
Sunday: CLOSED
The Book Shed is in need of volunteers to staff the operation. Email recycling@newtonma.gov for more information or to help out.
Open to Newton residents and city employees only.
