Please join the City for a public presentation and discussion about the update to the Newton Hazard Mitigation Plan on Thursday, February 14 at 7 pm in Room 204 of Newton City Hall (1000 Commonwealth Ave., Newton).
The Newton Hazard Mitigation Plan is being updated to help the town reduce its vulnerability to natural hazard events such as flooding, hurricanes and winter storms. Natural hazards can have serious impacts on the City of Newton and its residents.
