When Newton developed its Climate Action Plan, it recognized that residents would play a major role in achieving the goal of becoming carbon neutral. The plan created an Energy Coach position and website to help residents get answers to questions about energy efficient home improvements, new sustainable technology and incentive programs–and help them successfully transition to clean energy.
