On Wednesday, April 20 at 6pm, join environmental activist Dan Ruben for “Weather Report: Biden and Climate Change,” as he offers his insight into the Biden Administration’s Build Back Better Framework and its impact on climate change. The presentation will take place in-person and via Zoom.

Dan founded Boston Green Tourism, which partners with hotels to reduce their environmental impact, and led the organization until 2019. He is the chair of Green Newton and leads the group’s Building Standards Committee, which promotes passive-house, all-electric buildings constructed with low-embodied carbon materials. He is also a former board member of the Green Energy Consumers Alliance. Currently, he teaches Sustainable Tourism at Temple University, and Sustainable Hospitality at Missouri State University and the University of Southern Maine.

Registration for the event is free but required. Guests will have the opportunity to submit their questions in the registration form or during the discussion.
