NewTV is starting a new series called At Home in Newton, focused on what Newton residents have been doing while we’re all social distancing. Trying out composting? Finding ways to ‘Take Action!’ with Green Newton to cut your energy usage? They will compile videos and share them on the NewTV website and social media. Credit will be given for each video. No need to have editing skills or a fancy camera in order to submit; iPhone videos are great. Submit here.

Verizon HD channel (2134) plays the best of NewTV.
On their Community Channel, they’re airing programming from groups like Newton Community Farm and The League of Women Voters in Newton. On the Government Channel, they’ve been airing Zoom City Council meetings and School Committee meetings, and on the Ed Channel, they’ve been re-airing the Arts in the Parks concerts from last summer.
