Fix-It Clinics empower Newton residents to fix items for themselves, and are totally no-cost. Bring in a broken household item and a repair coach will help guide you through diagnosing and repair.

Reserve a timeslot based on the category of broken item. Categories will include small electronics repair, sewing and textiles, lamp repair and rewiring, computers, bicycles, musical instruments, and more.

Many supplies for this event are made possible through MassDEP grant funds. Events are a collaboration between the Newton Recycling Committee, the Newton Free Library, and the Newton Sustainable Materials Management department
