City of Newton Wants Community Input on Village Centers on May 20

In an effort to learn more about Newton community members’ experiences of and visions for their village centers, the City of Newton is holding a virtual Community Engagement Information Session on Thursday, May 20 from 6-7pm. The feedback from this session will help inform the city’s zoning proposals. You will participate in a ‘vision kit’ to explore your village center(s), in an interactive survey, and in focus groups.

  • Register for the Community Engagement Information Session on Thursday, May 20 from 6-7pm
  • Fill out this Focus Group Interest Form if you identify as a renter, younger person (age 15-35), BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color), LGBTQ+, of the creative community, and older adults (65+). Learn more at newtonma.gov/zoningredesign.
