In September and October, Green Newton is sponsoring a free raffle of a $50 gift certificate to use at any of the Newton Farmers’ Market booths in October. You can enter to win the prize every time you walk or ride your bike to the Farmers’ Markets at Cold Spring Park (1094 Beacon St., Newton) on Tuesday afternoons or to the Farmers’ Market at Newton North High School (352 Lowell Ave., Newtonville) on Saturdays. So leave your car at home and stop by the Market Manager’s booth to get your free raffle ticket to be entered into the drawing on October 11.
