Thank you Margaret!
If you are someone who has enjoyed visiting Newton’s Farmers Market on Tuesdays and Saturdays throughout the summer and fall seasons, you have most likely had the good fortune to meet Margaret Ford with her captivating menagerie of cool caterpillars and other nature activities at Green Newton’s booth. It is Margaret who has devoted so much volunteer time to make our booth the Market’s most popular attraction. She has made visiting the GN booth more fun for kids and grown-ups than anyone in Farmers Market history. Her management of everything from start to finish, often on her own, is appreciated more than she will ever know. So on this last day of the Farmers Market season, we extend a heartfelt thank you to Margaret Ford from your many Green Newton friends!
