The ELM Action Fund has released its Legislative Scorecard for the 2015-2016 session. Beyond votes we have given additional points to lawmakers who led by sponsoring important legislation or authoring “Dear Colleague” letters, and deducted points from legislators who filed anti-environment legislation.
