Join the Sierra Club for two special guest chefs this month as part of their ongoing plant-based cooking demonstrations. Adante Hart of the Whole Grains Council will demonstrate a traditional African recipe. Jill Nussinow, aka The Veggie Queen, nutritionist and chef will demonstrate a plant-based recipe using a pressure cooker or Instant Pot. Feel free to ask questions; we’ll be happy to help you. The event is free and open to the public.
